I apologize for the lack of posts lately. I have been very busy working on a huge case for the industry. Next week I am off to the Supreme Court of Canada to argue for BC Wineries in the constitutional caseĀ R. v. Comeau that will determine the extent to which Canada is a national common market for Canadian-made liquor. The case will have resounding impacts across Canada however it is decided. Wish the BC wineries luck and drink yourself some Canadian wine this week. The hearing is on December 6-7, 2017 starting at 9:30am EST on both days and can be viewed live at the Supreme Court of Canada Website HERE.
